She has worked with various clients in the telecommunication sector, FMCG, agriculture, housing developments, fashion, banking and beverage sectors across various Sub-Saharan countries.

She has extensively used various qualitative, quantitative and digital research methods in various studies

She is very knowledgeable, able to provide strategic direction and advice on consumers, brand and marketing related aspects. She possesses strong project management and client interface skills and her business acumen is incomparable.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology & Economics, an MBA from Catholic University of Milan, Italy and Masters in Organizational Leadership for the International Leadership University.

She provides strategic direction for businesses from research as well as insights for business growth. Jane has extensive cross-cultural working experiences in Uganda, Tanzania, Botswana, Zimbabwe and South Africa and others.

Her research experiences spans various industries including FMG, automobile, financial services and housing development to mentions but a few. She has seen it all.

She has a Degree in Business Management and leadership from Management University of Africa.

    This is a multi-client survey. It is a highly cost-effective way of understanding your target consumer while enjoying higher statistical reliability and flexibility

    K-Bus uses a representative sample of 1500 per quarter covering the whole of Kenya except North Eastern, Marsabit, Turkana and Samburu.

    K-Bus is designed to enable individuals, companies, public organizations, NGOs as well as religious organizations access research findings while optimizing on budgetary allocations

    This is data analysis software that uses statistical methods to compute:

    Custix is able to achieve the following:
    • Provides segmentation of customers who are happy or frustrated with the specific issues contributing to the two segments
    • Guide to the attributes to be measured based on negative and positive touch points as well as service delivery standard attributes

    BASIX

    This is a tool that segments consumers with factors that drive their decision to use a brand or alternatives (competitors’ brand) into four segments:

    Characteristics are set / gathered through in-depth analysis using the qualitative technique which segments customer behavior towards a product/ service.

    These attributes are then measured and input on the tool to consolidates characteristics and give proportion to each segment. The tool is therefore good indicator to predict behavior shifts if one of the characteristics is altered in any given way.

    Pitch

    This is an advertisement test tool designed to evaluate promotional campaigns. It is developed to assist advertising agencies in optimizing their communication and marketing strategies and develop innovative media campaigns.

    Quantitative research quantifies problems by generating numerical data or data that can be transformed into usable statistics.

    It makes use of measurable data to formulate facts and uncover patterns. Quantitative research answers the questions how many, what is the ratio, what percentage, at what price and all other questions that need statistical validity. It is used to quantify attitudes opinions and behaviors.
